Isabella's
can ship orders just about anywhere in the world*. Please note
that the best way to order is to use your credit card. You may
also pay by international money order, payable to “The Jen-Em
Group”. Our international postage charges are based on the size
and weight of the package.
As a GENERAL guideline, in addition to our standard $4.00 shipping
charge, allow approximately $15.00 for surface shipments (very
slow) or $20.00 for Air Mail shipments. If you need to know the
exact shipping charge you can email us and we will let you know
the exact amount. Your order will come from "The Jen-Em Group".
Canada: Isabella's ships to all addresses in Canada. Add
an additional $8.00 for postage and handling to Canada ($12.00
total). We ship Airmail to Canada and we accept checks from Canadian
customers. After the written amount please add "USA Dollars" on
the same line. This is below the pay to line, not next to it.
(You can do both, but it must be on the written amount line) Tax
and Duty: You will be responsible for any duty taxes owed in your
country. Keep in mind that your country may impose duties, taxes
and other fees that you will have to pay before your order will
be released from customs. If you're not sure what you'll have
to pay, please contact your local trade or customs office. Unfortunately,
we have no reliable way of predicting this information for you.
We describe the contents on customs forms as Clothing. We are
required to list the exact total value of your shipment. Some
countries have a value limit below which you don't have to pay
any customs or duty.
For example, in Belgium, orders valued less than 1,784 Belgian
Francs will not incur a duty tax. We recommend that you call your
local customs office and find out if such a limit exists and limit
your order total accordingly.
Fraud Protection: We have taken steps to deter credit card
thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site.
We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than
their billing address notify their credit card company of the
alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard
and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call
your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders
via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping
address. By doing this the order process should speed up. If our
fraud department checks an order and the shipping address is not
listed on the credit card account, the order will be delayed.
An email will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request
you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card
company. You then have 72 hours to register the alternate shipping
address and notify us before we cancel the order. Again, if there
is no response from you within 72 hours, we will cancel your order.
Our Privacy Policy is very simple – Your account information
is confidential. We do not share or sell your profile EVER. After
your order is processed, all credit card information is shredded!
* In order to comply with U.S. Trade Regulations, we are unable
to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq,
North Korea, Libya, Nigeria, Serbia or Sudan. We also will not
ship to Indonesia.
Return Policy: For your protection, and due to Health Regulations,
we cannot accept returned boxers, panties, underwear or undergarments
with attached panties or thongs. This includes items that come
with thongs, panties or g-strings. All returned items must have
their original hang tags still on the garment. Only unworn merchandise
may be returned. Returns are limited to store credit or exchanges
only and are limited to 10 days. You will be responsible for all
shipping charges. We are proud that our return rate is less than
1/5 of 1%. Prior to returning an item, you must notify us via
email to obtain a return reference number. Please check our size
chart before ordering.
